FedEx, USPS, and UPS, have all announced they will end shipping for electronic vaping devices and the related component parts (vape pens, vape pods, charging accessories, etc.). This includes all vaping products regardless of whether or not they contain nicotine.

Due to this ban, ShipBob can no longer accept or ship any products related to vapes or E-Cigarettes. ShipBob realizes this ban will have an impact on businesses that ship related products and devices. If you have a banned product in our fulfillment centers impacted by this law, please contact our Merchant Care team at support@shipbob.com.

We will quarantine your item(s) to prevent illegal shipping and can help return the product to you via a freight carrier, or dispose of the items (disposal fees will apply). Please reach out to support@shipbob.com for assistance.

For more information on the policies banning these products, please read the following guides:

    FedEx

    UPS

    US Postal Service

Please note DHL and UPS Mail Innovations utilize the post office for final mile delivery and so are also included in this ban.
